This General Studies video course is very helpful for those students who wish to prepare for the Civil Services exam. but due to time constraints or other reasons are unable to attend classroom coaching in Delhi. This will give the candidate a Virtual Classroom experience, minus you cannot participate instantly (but for this you can contact the Mentor via email or directly talk to him at specified time/day). General Studies Video Course (Interactive) – Highlights::
Contents we provide: General Studies Classes (Recorded Videos) and Full GS Study Materials (Hard copy) of Paper-I, II, III & IV. Study materials will be sent by post or you can ask for PDF copy (choose any one format).
User ID & Password: General Studies Recorded Videos will be activated on Elite IAS Academy’s portal and UserID & Password will be assigned to you. A total number of video classes are around 300+ of approx. 2 hours.
Sectional Tests: You will receive 50 plus mains Sectional Tests (workbook) and 2000 plus prelims objective questions. It will appear in your Online platform, you just need to log in and download the sectional test. Students should write answers to those questions and return it to us. Answers are written should be uploaded (pdf only – mobile phone scanner can also be used) via an online platform, it will directly reach to us. Or alternatively can be sent to us on our postal address. [Prelims objective questions can be attempted online or downloadable for offline]
Answer Evaluation (Mains): Educator will check the answers and return it to the student with proper remarks containing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Benefit: You learn/develop answer-writing practice. During the course, we will practically train our student’s Bureaucratic answer-writing skills and techniques. This will make them more confident and competent. (Remember, in UPSC mains booklet there is limited space for writing an answer, and so it is not only compulsory for students to understand the topic(s) comprehensively but also learn the art of writing in brevity i.e. in just 150 or 200 words. We train you this skill.)
Monthly Magazine: Our students will find Monthly Magazine & Contemporary issues in their portal every month (pdf format)
Today, keeping oneself updated with Current Affairs is one of the main sources of success in the Civil Services exam. But this is also time-consuming; if you try to go through each development/event yourself every day, you may have to invest around 3 to 4 hours reading various newspapers & magazine. This is not prudent because you have many other things to study. Here, you can take the benefit of an expert’s researched work.
Our research team collect & recreate (analyze) current affairs’ materials from various authentic sources (to name few): Sources – The Hindu, Indian Express, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Economic Times, Business Standard, Business Line, Live Mint, Press Information Bureau (PIB), WHO, Wikipedia, India Today, BBC, AIR etc. (at the end of the news you can find the source).
Course Duration/Validity: Online IAS Coaching Videos are accessible for lifetime and educator support is available till you write your first mains.
